You will delay the conviction entering your record by about 1 year, you have a chance to win if the officer is absent in court and also the crown can lower your speed to under 15 km/h over (most likely).

Re: Should I fight it? Fight it! At least you will delay the moment when the ticket gets on your record. Second, if there are other cars around at night, it is quite easy to create reasonable doubt about which car was speeding.
