Left turn
Need some info on this to know who is at fault
I made a left turn when it was a red light, but I was hit at the back at the car bumper rear end at passenger side by the oncoming traffic.
I had no police ticket and the other person did not get any. I am sure what he said to the police
I would like to know who would be at fault at this. I am still waiting for the police report.

It will be very dependent on what the accident report says. The police may have a hard time proving the other driver went through on a red light unless he admits to it. If he does admit to going through on a red light, hell be 100% at fault. If not and fault remains undetermined, youll both be 50% at fault.
I know this is essentially a glorified parking ticket but there are principles here. I'd really appreciate some input into this one.
