I got a ticket last night which says "Fail to drive in marked lane" and the reason why i got it is that my navigator fell on the passenger seat so I had to stretch to pick it up which made me deviate from my lane and the cop saw it. It was 1:30 AM so no car was around. The officer said you're lucky I could have charged you with careless driving. What do I do?How should I fight this ticket? I'm very worried about insurance. Please helpp
