Speeding - Motor Vehicle Involved (N) Checked

Unread post by Draiter »

Hey all, just a quick question. Speeding ticket 95 in an 80 zone, but the officer ticked off NO under motor vehicle involved... Does that qualify as a fatal error? Thanks in advance.

No, that would not be a fatal error.

Fatal errors are the type of thing that could put your identity in dispute or the location of the incident or the charge itself. For example, the wrong license plate or DL indicated on the infraction means your identity could be disputed. And without absolute identification of the offender, there can be no charge.
