Off-Road Vehicles Act (ORV)
Definition of a ÃƒÂ¢Ã‚â‚¬Ã‚Å“off-road vehicleÃƒÂ¢Ã‚â‚¬Ã‚Â means a vehicle propelled or driven otherwise than by muscular power or wind and designed to travel,
(a) on not more than three wheels, or
(b) on more than three wheels and being of a prescribed class of vehicle

3. For the purposes of the definition of ÃƒÂ¢Ã‚â‚¬Ã‚Å“off-road vehicleÃƒÂ¢Ã‚â‚¬Ã‚Â in section 1 of the Act, the following classes of vehicles are prescribed:
1.2 Vehicles designed for utility applications or uses on all terrains that have four or more wheels and a seat that is not designed to be straddled by the driver
