HI I got my court notice in middle of the July. And I faxed my request disclosure to Prosecutor's Offices on July 19th 2011(I did not give them my phone number only my address). But until today, I got nothing from them. And my court date is on middle of Oct. So my question is, Should I fax the request again or should I go to the office by person? Doubtful they'll withdraw, typically they'll ask for an adjournment to a new date. I'd personally suggest providing your phone number. I know ticket combat recommends against it, but I've seen a few courts taking a dim view of not providing such basic info. They basically (correctly) see it as a stalling tactic or simply trying to inconvenience the Crown.

Also, it shouldn't really matter how you file a 2nd request (in person or by fax), as long as you are continuing to make reasonable efforts to obtain the disclosure.
