“Paying For Ticket Online On The Due Date. Will My Payment Be Considered Late?”

Tomorrow (October 8th) is my last day to pay my speeding ticket. I am paying online tomorrow because the service is down today. It says it will take up to 3-5 business days to process. Will my payment be considered late? Also, will I have to pay a late fee and/or face license suspension? I would go in person to pay for my ticket but it is Thanksgiving and the court of justice is closed.

Note: I also sent an email to the email listed on the back of the ticket explaining the situation.
