For the ones that requested interpreter in court...at which point do you know if the interpreter is present and where is he/she in the room? Does the prosecutor tell you right away or you only know when you pledge not guilty and meet with the JP? If you take the deal from the prosecutor then you don't even see/talk or know that the interpreter is there?
