Conviction due to missed trial
I received a conviction notice today, i was surprised as i was under the impression my trail date was in a week, i phoned the court and spoke with a clerk, where i found out it was my error, and that i wrote down the wrong date on my calendar. I am extremely frustrated right now, what i've read is "no fault of your own" and "no notice received" as the only two reason to have a case reopened.
