After an Appeals court decision, can an individual 'appeal' that decision and if you can appeal the courts ruling, what is the appeal based on (other than feelings) and what time frame are you looking at? If a person wanted to write to register an official complaint against 'a courts decision', who would they write to?
Appealing an appealed decision
Re: Appealing an appealed decision
I think for this type of information you should call the court office, and find out the procedure.
Re: Appealing an appealed decision
The record would have to show a legal defect in the primary appeal (Ex. A fact was established with no evidence to substantiate). It is very rare that subsequent appeals are granted. A lawyer would have to be consulted to explain the complex rules.
