Wrongfully Ticketed

My ticket was for failing to slow down for emergency vehicle when in fact I was passing a very unstable slow driver and wassafely past and about 1/4 mile away from the towe truck sean where I was stopped. ?????

Can you give us more details please? Exactly what happened, how were you stopped by a cop, where, etc.

Certainly is a lot more to the story.....must be an US built vehicle or very old vehicle, our roads have not have used "miles" since 1977. Must also know the tow truck drive personally, called him Sean. Maybe it is a conspiracy?
