Hello, I recently got pulled over for a DUI I have my g2 and blew 164 I have done some research and It seems I'll be serving jail time, If I do will It be straight time even though I work full time or weekends and how much time?
Because you have been charged with a Criminal Offence, this board will generally not comment, other than to say that you should consult legal counsel at the earliest possible time to assist you.
