It seems one could only use ONE Affidavit of Service (listing both services to the AG of ON and the AG of Canada) instead of TWO separate ones? Comments? This would save $$$ when getting this notatized...

That's a good idea, but not sure of its validity.

Would it be possible to fill out Form 4F

Fax it to all four parties

Get sworn affidavit signed by commissioner of oath saying you served all four parties?
