Just A Short Question
Do I have to be in person to the trail if I have a representative (say a lawyer)? I have tests those are important to me and the court is set 700Km away from the place I lived (l live in Ontario and the court is located in Ontario as well).
P.S. I was being charged with operating vehicle with no insurance.
