Notice Of Suspension
Hi,
I got a roadside suspension for driving while over 50mg of alcohol. My license has been suspended for 3 days, this was my first offense. I wasn't issued a ticket or anything but my license was not returned by the officer.
I have 2 questions relating to this:
-does this constitute as a DUI or just a warning? If this is a warning, how will this impact driving record?
-Since there was no ticket, will the insurance company be notified of this incident? and/or do they need to be informed about it?
thanks for your help,
regards,
nalvi

Re: Notice Of Suspension
Just make sure you go to a licensing office and pay the reinstatement fee after the suspension is over. If you don't, you will still be considered an unlicensed driver.
