Seatbelt Ticket As A Passenger
I got a ticket this week for failure to wear seatbelt , i was just pulling out of the bank and was not driving i was just wondering if i get points for the ticket or is just the the fine?

Only the driver of a motor vehicle receives demerit points for seatbelts offences, the passengers do not.
