Spelling Mistake On Ticket
I was deemed 100% at fault in rear ended accident. Officer gave me ticket cited Sect 158 (1). However on the "Did commit the offence of " section, the officer wrote " Follow To closely". Please note there is an "o" missing in the "too". Is there any chance if can argue that in court? Thanks

Re: Spelling Mistake On Ticket
Nope spelling mistakes don't invalidate a HTA notice of offence.
