Old thread, but I just had the same problem.
OPP was kind enough to inform me that my license has been cancelled.
I am assuming that it is related to a 7 day suspension I received in 2011.
I went to the MTO when I received the letter of reinstatement, and when I gave them the paper
the woman told me there was no fee to be paid. That was the last ...

2009 -2010 Tahoe PPV top speed
Hi,
Does anyone know the top speed of the Police Pursuit Vehicle package of the
2009 - 2010 Chevy Tahoe.
Just curious, the brochure states 125MPH or 200km/h
But does anyone have any real experience with this thing?
Cheers

When can you request Disclosure?
I have been issued a summons for Nov 4th where I am guessing I will have to enter a plea and a trial date will be set.
Can I ask for disclosure now? Or do I have to wait?
Just want some clarification. Also where will the trial be and who should
i contact to request the disclosure? The summons if for a court in L'orinial Ontario.
Sorry If this ...

Re: HTA172 and police conduct
Not to mention that case does not have radar/lidar involved. The cruiser was not "run through radar" to confirm that the speedometer was in fact working properly. There was no "black box" download from the cruiser to obtain a speed either. So without any evidence to confirm the visual observation...what do we have? no evidence!

Pacing and Loss of visual contact
Hello, this is my first post on the forum.
I have a few questions regarding some practices of the police.
Does anyone here know what the criteria are for the police to pace your speed? Also that without radar, if they cannot pace you due to distance and that it was night time, how they could argue that you were traveling at an alleged speed ...
