Red Light Camera Ticket - Wrong Offense Location
Hi,
I recently received a red light camera ticket in the mail. The first thing I noticed on the ticket was the location of offense at Albion Road and Finch Ave. I was never near there and on the Photo itself it shows McNicoll Road.
Is this a ticket which I can ask for a withdrawal since the evidence presented against me isn't even at the location its suppose to be?
All other information looks correct and shows that I have progressed through the red after 000.7 seconds and traveling at 55 km/h.
Thanks All
