I believe the crown will fire away. They can't make her testify, but if you make her testify she's "fair game". Good luck, when is the trial?

Wussed out and took the plea. 15-over / no points / 60$ total (saved $175 and 4 points just for showing up... Always check NOT GUILTY!). Will always wonder if my defense strategy would have won though. (stupid airplane!)
I was the only one who attended without representation. No one went to trial. The same deal for everyone, represented or not. I'm still not 100% positive the crown didn't lie to me when I was told both officers were there. I've been lied to before, but I wasn't about to just walk in to the gaggle of cops standing around collecting overtime and start asking for names and such
Sorry if I'm weaving around in my lane... It's 'cause I'm looking up all the time for the plane now (sunroof now useful)
I tried slowing down for the 2 kilometers or so of marked sections, but that's freekin' impossible!!! LOL
... Juuust kiddin'. "Slower is Cheaper!" ... I mean .. "Safer"
