Pleading Gulity?

Unread post by Kyo »

Hi, so I'm not quite sure what to do. I received a ticket for a unsafe lane change and decided to challenge it but I dont think I can win. I have already received the letter indicating my court date *which is tommorrow* that I am challenging the evidence. If I no longer wish to challenge the ticket do I just walk in and plead guilty with a explanation?? I'm not too framilar with the court system. Thanks for the help in advance.

Chicken! :P

You'll meet with the prosecutor minutes before court starts. Just wait with the crowd until an announcement is made. Ask if he'll consider lowering the charge to Improper Equipment (muffler) or something. If he offers you a better deal, just let him lead you through the process.
