If I remember correctly the highway was closed ahead due to a collision, and traffic was backed up. A wise choice in taking this car out to prevent serious bodiyl harm or death to those stopped a few km ahead. The camera person had been on the overpass filming a new report for the collision ahead and turned around to capture this footage. Good work on all...even media

I still don't get it why the passenger hasn't told the driver to pull over and why he hasn't immediately surrendered to the cops. The driver was just a drunken idiot. I guess you are who you're with.

What kind of a man would put a known criminal in charge of a major branch of government? Apart from, say, the average voter.
