Taxi Insurance

Our cab insurance expired today April 1st. We have been given a fax. Temporary Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance Card.

The original will follow by mail,

It states name of insurance co.

Vehicle insured

Effective April1st 2013 Expiry 30 day from effective date

Policy Number

Then a disclaimer. This certificate is subject to the terms and conditions of the Insurer's standard insurance policy.

This card should be carried in the insured vehicle for production of proof of insurance when demanded by Police.

As this is in fact a fax copy. Is it in reality legal??
