Failure To Stop At A Stop Sign

Unread post by dakssy »

I recently received two tickets while failing to stop at a stop sign. The first ticket was for not having my updated insurance with me. I presented my insurance at the police reporting centre in London and they waived that ticket. The second ticket was obviously for the failure to stop. However, the officer did not sign the ticket she gave me but she did sign her ticket that she submitted. Is this still a fatal error for failing to sign a ticket even though she signed her copy just not mine?

Thanks for any help
