60 Km/h In A 50 (reduced From 91)
Just got a ticket this morning
The officer said that I was doing 91 in a 50 which I have a very hard time to believe considering I had just turned onto the road and I drive an f-250 diesel which isn't that fast. I just do not want this ticket on my record and have a couple questions.
1. If I fight it, is it possible that they could up the charge in court to the 91 which the officer claims?
2. The ticket says the offence occurred on Collier St S. which doesn't exist... its actually Collier Rd S., does that do anything to help me?
I really appreciate any help
