10km/h can cause an accident?


How? By giving people too much reaction time? That just doesn't make any sense at all?


Speeding or jay walking isn't the issue, no need to die for 10 km/h...

But to be serious for a moment... when it comes to a collision with a pedestrian, knowing you have hurt or killed someone is something I dont want to ever have to live with. I had a close call once, scared the *EDIT* out of me. It sure makes you think.
