Notice of fine and due date
I recently received a letter indicating I have been convicted of a parking ticket.
Offence Date: Sep 29, 2009
Conviction Date: Apr 08, 2011.
Due Date: May 8th. 2011
The thing was, I was going to apply for section 11B, but I never got my court date to begin with. Anything I can do about this?

Did you in fact go to court and fill in the challenge section?(not guilty)
They give you a copy if you did.(looks kinda like a parking ticket)

Yes, I did fill out a form to get a court date. Can I have them re-open the case then file for a section 11?
Yes, this is a parking ticket. That's why its under the parking section.

I think you need to go to the PTO and ask them as I am stumped.

Now, I am just wondering if I will be relying upon evidence of my own at trial... do I have to voluntarily send this material to the Crown in a reasonable time before the trial, or only if they request disclosure from me?
