Hello I was issued a speeding ticket in the City of Kawartha Lakes. I intend to fight it (option 3), but can't find a concrete answer about whether I need to appear in person at the Kawartha Lakes Court Office, or whether I can appear at my local court office, or mail it in. The back of the ticket has the court office address, hours and phone number and seems to have a built in "Notice of Intent to Appear in Court" form built into it.
