what is the fine and demerit points for overcrowding your car, for e.g driving with 10 people in a 7 passenger van.
a follow up question what if the said van gets in an accident and it takes a while for the cops to get to the scene and the driver lies about the number of occupants in the van and says there were only 7 in the car, and at a later ...
