Re: DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT TO DO!

The doctor asked you whether you had D.T. OR a seizure. Replying "yes" would mean that you have either one or both. What you have to do is to convince your doctor that when you replied "yes" to his answer, you meant "yes" only to "delirium tremens", not seizures. Once you get this into doctor's head, you can ask him to submit new information to MTO ...

Re: passing emergency vehicle

I have never been to court before. what do you mean when you say I should ask for "full disclosure"? Is this something I have to do beforehand?

See here , download and print off sample disclosure, fill it out, and mail it with your ticket. Disclosure is any and all evidence against you. And yes, if you get it beforehand, it's much more useful ...

Re: Help - Section 74(1) No Clear View to the Front

Not a law, rather a by-law. There are many municipalities that enacted it. I thought it was province-wide, but after doing some research it's a fairly common by-law. It is enacted in Toronto, Guelph, Burlington, and a few other municipalities, yet a few more municipalitioes have a no-idling by-law as a part of their "noise" by-laws.

Re: Speed, Highway Safety & 172

Also, you have to remember that the majority of Ontario's highway span, is not southern Ontario and those non-southern areas have population densities on par with many areas of Montana  Anyways, this just illustrates the point, that sometimes more restrictions, education and laws are not the answer.

Re: passing emergency vehicle

You can bring the passengers to testify that there truly was a vehicle blocking your lane change at all times. Make sure to request the disclosure though. If his notes do not mention that silver car (whatever he may term it) then you have excellent chances of winning the ticket.

Good luck!

Re: passing emergency vehicle

90 to 95 is not good, as it is just under the speed limit, I can see why they ticketed you.
What time of day was it? Were there many cars on the road? Were there any vehicles stopped?
