how police determine if you did not wear seat belt properly?
For some reason, I was pull over by a police, at that time my 9 years old daughter sit at back seat with seat belt on. The police said when he checked the car, my daughter was kind of laying on the back seat and gave me a ticket which say "passenger … - 2 Replies
