Ontario Highway Traffic Act

I just got 2 court dates, one for each ticket i got, but on my second one I also got a letter to see the Prosecutor next week if I wish to resolve the matter in advance. If I can get one kicked out.... I'd have no issues.
Would this be something they would consider ?
Problem is... one is for $220 and the other $40.
i'd rather pay a reduction on ...

Can I ask why my posts get moved ?

How do I request disclosure of this other stop ?
Are his tickets sequential ? I still would not have any information on the other driver.

We were traveling one behind the other at the same speed, myself being the front vehicle.
My true question is... am I able to find out (and how)what the other car behind me was charged with ?

Hi,
I received a 2nd speeding ticket 2 days in a row, and upon explanation to the officer of my bad luck, he cut me a break. He dropped my ticket from 25 over to 10 over for a total of $40. I still need to fight this re: insurance rates.
