For what purpose are you moving it? That information can assist in answering the question. Is the trailer otherwise plated by the owner?

The way you were served is not explicitly permitted in the regulation, it is permitted to be sent by regular mail, which is ultimately not a heck of a lot different from how you received it. What were you charged with? Did you receive a summons to court? Part I offences don't usually involve a crown brief.

And honestly what's to say that you didn't make a mistake typing out what the officer said to you?

What are the discrepancies by the way? Are they material to your defense?

Once you have your suspension sorted out you will also have to visit service Ontario to pay a reinstatement fee.
