Stop sign violation - in park n ride I got a stop sign ticket in a park n ride $150. I thought parking lots were governed by the HTC? It was 2:30 am and the lot was empty. This guy just had nothing else to do. I rolled through it yes but it was a parking lot. Do I have a leg to stand on?
