I was recently pulled over for going 80 in a 60, the police car was camping out on private property. After he pulled me over he went back to the same spot, I went back the following night and he's been camping out at the same place since just nabbing people. Does he not need allowance from the owner of that property to sit there and use his radar ...

Fail to surrender Insurance Card + Fail to surrender permit for vehicle
Hello,
I was pulled over today speeding 80km in a 60 zone. However, when the officer asked me for my insurance and ownership it seemed to be misplaced. I looked for 5 minutes and couldn't find it, so he gave me the ticket for speeding, insurance AND fail to provide vehicle permit.
As soon as i got home, i found both permits as they were dislodged ...
