Ontario Highway Traffic Act

I have a trial in a few hours. is it possible to use the satellite view from google earth as a way to explain the intersection very well and also to prove that the officer could not have an unobstructed line of sight to traffic lights from where he/she was parked. Plz reply soon

Made a right turn on keele st going north from dundas st travelling west bound. Requested disclosure. All i got was officers notes saying this

"s/c 1108 signs clear and unobstructed. obv dr w/b dsw at keele. stop then turn right on red light and proceed n/b
dr id with valid on dl city of to ASTRO TAXI # 545"

This is all i got in the first ...

and yes the sign was not there until summer 2013

i am really very sorry, i think i wrote that the police patrol was on east side of the keele st north but it was actually on the west side of keele st. north of dundas st w.
i was travelling west bound on dundas st west, and made a right turn towards the patrol on ...

a couple of months back i was travelling on dundas st going east. i did not see a sign at the intersection prohibiting a right turn on the red light, i fully stopped at the intersection and made a right turn on the lights to go north bound on keele st.
