yah, think that's gonna be the route.
being a broke student (literally), im gonna show the prosecutor my high insurance rates. being that i have to pay my own tuition and living costs while in school, maybe he'll understand.
i've never had a speeding ticket in my life, flawless record - this is my first.

Driving with an expired license.....
so... a ticket was given "drive motor vehicle no license" contrary to "highway traffic act 32(1)"
no notice from the dmv was issued thru the mail (yes, it is the license holders responsibility).
but, i did have a license. it was just expired... and the 32(1) says that it's for a person driving a class of vehicle to which they dont have a license ...
