When I was 18, I received 3 part 3's while being foolish on a motorcycle.
Im 28 now, and I've never received any notice from anyone about these. My license is in good standing order with no suspensions or anything (actually I just re-newed it not too long ago)
I've even had a few small speeding fines between then and now and have still never ...
