Ontario Highway Traffic Act

Hubby got pulled over today for an expired car sticker. He was shocked and had no idea that it expired in November. So here's what we noticed:
A). We never got a renewal notice about it
B) DH also renewed his license in August, got a temporary license till the liscence would be mailed. We never got that either? The temporary license has our Correct ...
