Could anyone tell me if Decatur GHD Genesis Handheld Directional radar is the same as Genesis VP Directional? First time fighting a ticket and officer's notes mention GHD whereas prosecutor's disclosure includes pages from Genesis VP Directional and states they are one and the same. The guy in BC won on challenging the equipment so don't give up that easily. You have the right to have the evidence to help you prove your innocence so personally I like the strategy. If they refuse you should be able to appeal. All takes time and meanwhile the ticket stays off your record.
