The police officer reduced the fine to 55 in a 40 and advised him that he had been videotaped and audio recorded and should not fight this in court or the court would re-instate the original fine of 67 in a 40.

I didn't receive the original "notice to appear in court' until yesterday, and found out my court date is in 10 days. Is it still worth filing for disclosure? (I realized I had never received one and went down to the courthouse to get copies...boo)

Got a ticket for doing a rolling stop...
I got a ticket in April 2011 for failing to stop at a stop sign.
I can't find my ticket...and I may have received a first notice of appearance letter with a date...but I can't find that either so I don't even know if I got it.
What should I do?
