When I say to keep on them, I mean call them regularly. They tend to go at their own pace unless you light a fire under them. I don't mean that you should call and be rude or abusive in any way but be presistent.

Not to rain on Greatest Canadian's parade but I would never advise a written submission to the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Always appear in person. I also have little confidence in a charter agrument. In the event that MTO chooses not to reinstate your licence, you can appeal to the Licence Appeal Tribunal. MTO takes a hard line on these types of suspensions, but keep on them. They will drag their feet on a decision regarding your suspension if you let them.
