I went to file my 11b today but I forgot one step. After serving the court I forgot to serve the affidavits of service in regards to my faxes to the attorney generals. I have them all signed and stamp though...
I just have a few questions:
Can I just serve them tomorrow separately or do I have to do it all over again?
And do I have to line up ...

Re: Need Advice on Ticket
Thanks to everyone that replied. I think I'll proceed with filing and 11b motion. Nothing to really lose at this point. Thanks for all the help! I'll let you all know how it goes.

Need Advice on Ticket
So here's my situation, any advice would be appreciated.
On June 26, 2013 I received a ticket for 25 over in a 60 zone
In early October I received my notice of trial (Feb 25, 2014)
In early January I sent in my request for disclosure
In late January I received a letter to pick up my disclosure, however when I picked up my disclosure it wasn't ...

Re: Seeking Advice on Disclosure
So I used the template of my original and emphasized that the first one was insufficiently fulfilled. I added some additional things to the disclosure, and I'm aware that it might work against me. But at the same time, it was things I realize I require and should've been fulfilled the first time, I just made it much more explicit this time (I asked ...

Seeking Advice on Disclosure
Hi,
I had recently faxed in a request for disclosure (with less than 8 weeks left before court date, I was really late because I forgot  ) Anyway so I actually got a response back to go pick it up. Of course it's just a photocopy of the ticket and I can't make out half of the writing. I was just wondering how to go about asking for it to be ...

Re: fax confirmation, no copy of fax
yeah, mine doesn't and neither does my friend's. I checked the manuals and they only print out a confirmation of how many pages was sent to what number. Guess I'll have to find one at a convenience store or something. Thanks!

fax confirmation, no copy of fax
So I recently faxed in my disclosure however my fax machine only prints out a confirmation that said it was successful to the number. But it doesn't show a copy of what I sent. Is that enough or should I try to find a machine that faxes and shows what I sent in the confirmation? Any advice would be appreciated.

Re: Markham Rd Traffic Court Procedures
Hi! Thanks for the reply, I read through the ticket combat site. It was very helpful!
I'm still a little unsure when I would find out if a cop hadn't shown up. I'm scared that I ask for an adjournment due to lack of disclosure, but only to realize afterwards that the cop hadn't shown up...

Markham Rd Traffic Court Procedures
I was hoping to get some advice on how court room procedures work, particularly the on at Markham Rd.
My ticket is for speeding 25 over, and I just don't know how it works. I guess it'd be worthwhile to watch how it works, but I just started at 9-5 job and I can't ask for time off yet.
I just wanted to understand, if the cop doesn't show up, will ...
