I know this thread is now over one year old but I was wondering if Outlaw (or anyone else for that matter) has had success with an "11b" challange in Quebec. I'm now coming up to two years with no court date for a speeding charge. Thanks.

Another thing I thought of, is there a anywhere online I can check my license to ensure I wasn't already somehow convicted (in absentia)? I'm a bit concerned perhaps the summons has been lost and I missed my court date?

I have two areas I need assistance with:

1. I was pulled over June 2009 in Quebec for going 147 kph in a 100 kph zone (I live and am licensed in Ontario). I pleaded not guilty and requested disclosure of the officer's notes and any evidence. I received a package several months after and have not heard anything since. Is this delay normal for ...
