I was sitting in the back of the car when the RIDE program shows up. The cop saw that i did not have my seatbeat on and gave me a $200 Ticket ($240 total payable). I was womdering how you could fight this ? Could i bring it to court and say i had my seatbeat on and happened to take it off when we stopped for the program ?
