I had my license revoked for a bogus medical reason, which was recently fought and won by my family doctor. The license was suspended in 2008 and expired during that time. I now, at 33, have to go through the graduated licensing program and get my G1 again. I have to have this for a year before I can write my test for my G2, which is totally insane. I have a professional international racing license and am more than qualified to drive a car.

My abilities to renew my license were frozen and I could not even update my address or photo on my license, and the reason it was suspended was totally out of my control.

Is there a way to appeal this?
