Received a call from TSI (Transworld Systems Canada) about an POA
So received ca call from a company called TSI asking me to call them back.
Quick Google search and they are a collection agency, but neither myself nor my wife, the only two people with a license to drive have any knowledge of any tickets issued to us.
What I like to know is if there is a way for me to check with the ministry or the police if there are any outstanding tickets that we are not aware of.

Any unpaid fines against your license would've almost certainly resulted in an automatic license suspension.
Unpaid parking tickets maybe? Usually, they wont let you renew your plates until you pay the outstanding fine.
You can purchase an abstract directly online that will show any convictions from the last three years.

I have a question re demerits and insurance. When do these appear? The day I get the ticket or when I pay it? I got a ticket with demerit points last week. If I make any changes to my insurance will they see it on my record before I pay/fight the fine?
