How To Find Case Law?
Hi
How do you actually go about researching case law? Where do you look?
For example if I want to find cases in Ontario Provincial Offences Court about fatal errors on certificate of offence about whether putting down the HTA section number but no subsection is consdered fatal error or not?
Thanks

Re: How To Find Case Law?
Canlii is the most comprehensive database of Canadian case law out there, I would start your search there. Here is the link: http://www.canlii.org/en/
You can also try the Ontario Courts website. Here is the link: http://www.ontariocourts.ca/
