Dash Vin Number Replace?? HELP

Unread post by trutrax »

So, I bought a used dash and put it in my car. The problem is that I realized that I needed to replace the vins. So in my haste I ripped off both vins and glued my actual vin number down onto the used dash I bought. It looks really sketchy because I couldn't figure out how to remove the rivets. Is this alright? as long as I have it on there?

It will be viewed with suspicion. Of course if you're driving a s***-box, the cops probably won't be looking into it too closely. However, you should fix it up as well as you can.

What kind of a man would put a known criminal in charge of a major branch of government? Apart from, say, the average voter.
