Has anyone already investigated Precedents over Highway 159(3) judgments?

If so, could you provide with material, internet links, and perhaps keywords to do research?

Try reading the section in question and then using Canlii or other case law service to do a search on key words from the section. I don't believe that you'll find much case law though.
